This control features a handle mounted power trim switch, 20 ft. (6.1 m) harness with 8 pin, built-in warning horn and includes power trim leads for front mount switch. Fits all current Mercury/Mariner outboards (with integral power trim) and 1993 and newer Force outboards 40 HP and higher utilizing Mercury style cables (with power trim). When used with MY2005 and newer 8/9.9, 15/20 FourStroke outboards an adapter harness is required. For MY2005 and newer 8/9.9 FourStroke outboards SAE Throttle/Shift cables must be used. GEN I throttle/shift cables must be used. *S*
